Here are the answers to the questions we get asked the most on creating your own high quality products

To obtain a quote, an item can be chosen from our existing product line. Or, we need a drawing or CAD model, engineering print and/or a physical sample of the item. The more detailed information you provide, the quicker we can quote the item. Simply fill in the contact form and describe what you need. One of our knowledgeable project managers will contact you with more information.
Quote times depend on the complexity of the project, the amount of information provided and customers requirements. Typically, a simple project can be quoted within 7-10 days. We can provide an estimated quote time at the start of the process.

We accept the following ways for arranging the tooling cost:

  1. The cost of tooling is paid up front, in this case, you have 100% ownership of the tooling.
  2. The cost of tooling to be factored into the unit cost, which spreads the expense over time.
  3. It is also possible to make special arrangements where we can share or split the tooling.
At Macfix, we provide customers both free and paid samples. It mainly depends on the sample type and quantity being requested. Customers will be responsible for the sample freight cost. For detailed sample policy, please contact one of our sales personnel.

At Macfix, we strive to complete your order with top quality and in least amount of time. Initial order shipment can take around 90-120 days. Reorder may take shorter, which is about 45-60 days. Air shipment is also available at requests.

There are three alternative shipment origins available to meet customers requirements. You can either ship your order from Macfix Taiwan factory or from our China Factory. New shipment origin “ Vietnam” is also available for you to choose from.
